By using nbta.online (“Nbta”), you agree to these terms.
The service
Nbta is a crowdfunding platform connecting donors with campaign creators. We do not guarantee that any fundraising goal will be met.
Donations and payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your statement may show NBTA or Nbta.
- A 5% platform fee applies as described in our withdrawal policy on the site.
- Monthly donations renew automatically until cancelled via the subscription management portal.
- Donations are final except where required by law or agreed by Stripe/the platform.
Campaign creators
Campaign information must be truthful. We may review, reject, or suspend any campaign.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account security. You must be 18 or older where applicable.
Limitation of liability
Nbta is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
