Is Nbta safe for international donors?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe with encryption, and campaigns are reviewed before going live.
How are campaigns verified?
Our team manually reviews each campaign for identity, story accuracy, and compliance before approval.
Where does my money go?
100% of your donation is credited to the campaign. Nbta charges a 5% platform fee only when the creator withdraws funds.
What is the 5% platform fee?
It covers campaign verification, customer support, fraud prevention, and platform operations. Donors are not charged extra at checkout.
How do creators receive funds?
Creators connect Stripe Connect, request a withdrawal, and receive payout after our review (typically 3–5 business days).
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes. Choose anonymous donation at checkout — your name will not appear on the public donor list.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards. Tap Payments is available for donors in select Gulf countries.
How do I report a suspicious campaign?
Use the “Report campaign” button on any campaign page. Our trust team reviews every report.
Does Nbta store my card details?
No. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe. Nbta never sees or stores full card numbers.
What is Cloudflare Turnstile?
Turnstile protects donation and signup forms from bots without intrusive CAPTCHA puzzles.
Can I get a donation receipt?
Yes. A confirmation email with your reference number is sent immediately after a successful donation.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or visit nbta.online/email/unsubscribe. Donation receipts are always sent.
